Welcome to Guided Beauty Co.’s website ("Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Website, including booking appointments, making payments, posting and/or viewing images, and accessing social media links. By using this Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website.

1. General Information

1.1 This Website is operated by Guided Beauty Co., located in My Salon Bae at 26560 Agoura Rd. Unit 108 Calabasas, CA 91302.

1.2 We provide beauty services and retail cosmetics at our physical salon location and allow online booking.

1.3 Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Website.

2.2 You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking Appointments

3.1 Appointments can be scheduled online via the Website.

3.2 You must provide accurate personal information when booking.

4. CANCELLATIONS
4.1 All services booked online require a credit card on file. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of services booked and day of cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of services booked. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 
4.2 To avoid our cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please remember to arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment please be aware that we reserve the right to alter your service based on the remaining time available, or cancel completely.  
4.3 Arriving 10 minutes late or more beyond the start of your scheduled appointment will be considered late and may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation, at our discretion. The Guided Beauty Co. staff will do their best to accommodate the client by reducing the service, or scheduling for later in the day, or an alternative day, if possible. If the appointment is impossible to accommodate, the client will be charged 100% of services booked. 
4.4 Appointment alterations requested by the client requiring more time will be accommodated if availability allows. Requests for an upgraded appointment may be denied due to scheduling and timing at the discretion of the artist and/or management. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request an upgraded service. Alterations requested by the client that downgrade originally booked services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance if timing of the appointment is reduced. If services are reduced less than 24 hours in advance, resulting in a reduction of appointment timing, you will be charged for the services originally booked. If you would like to downgrade your appointment and it does NOT affect the timing, you can do so at any point leading up to the appointment.     
4.5 If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please communicate it to us within 48 hours so that we may address your concerns. A “correction” service may be offered if we deem applicable. If a “correction” service is refused by the client, an alternate service may be offered, and is up to the discretion of management. There are no refunds on services.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 We accept most major credit cards.

5.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Refunds for services are not provided, but we may offer corrections or adjustments at our discretion.


6. Posting and Sharing Images

6.1 Guided Beauty Co. may post images related to beauty services and products on the Website.

6.2 You grant Guided Beauty Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your images for promotional purposes.


7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here.

7.2 We collect and store personal data necessary for booking, purchases, and image sharing, following data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All Website content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Guided Beauty Co.

8.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free, or secure.

9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services.

10. Waiver and Consent
10.1 By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that beauty treatments involve certain risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with results. 
10.2 You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided and agree not to hold Guided Beauty Co. liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes. 
10.3 Client must inform the service provider of any known allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving a service. 
10.4 Guided Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse service if a customer is deemed unsuitable for a particular service.
11. Minors (Under 18) Services Policy:
11.1 Minors under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian consent before receiving any beauty services.
11.2 A parent or legal guardian must be present during the service for minors under the age of 16.
11.3 Certain treatments, such as chemical services or invasive procedures, may have additional age restrictions based on salon policies and state regulations.
11.4 Guided Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse service to minors if proper consent is not provided.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE. ADDITIONALLY, GUIDED BEAUTY CO. IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH (I) ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DENIAL OF SERVICE, ATTACK, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE; (II) LOSS OF REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA; AND (III) THIRD PARTY THEFT OF, DESTRUCTION OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF OUR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF GUIDED BEAUTY CO. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL GUIDED BEAUTY CO. CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM GUIDED BEAUTY CO., AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU GUIDED BEAUTY CO. CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
13.1 You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER
14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Guided Beauty Co. pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Guided Beauty Co. shall be deemed, or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Guided Beauty Co.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, US. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of California, US.
